Motion Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to receive and discuss briefs, coordinate with all departments, and participate in brainstorming to develop concepts aligned with brand goals.
• Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual designs for various platforms (social, web, video), ensuring they effectively communicate the brand’s message and values.
• Translate briefs into clear visuals, provide necessary design elements, and review final outputs to ensure they meet objectives.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and deliver on time while maintaining high quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry standards and emerging trends, applying new techniques and tools to elevate design and motion work.

• Bachelor's Degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, Visual Communication Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Graphic Designer, Art Director, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, 2D/3D motion techniques, with strong skills in graphic design, visual composition, typography, and the ability to create smooth and visually appealing designs and animations.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design and motion graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe After Effects.
• An initiator with a positive attitude and a collaborative personality.
