Develop and lead visual concepts for branding, campaigns, and creative projects
Direct and oversee the design team to ensure high-quality visual output
Translate briefs into strong, creative visual executions aligned with brand strategy
Collaborate with copywriters, planners, and account teams to deliver integrated ideas
Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and touch points
Review and approve design work before final delivery
Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a creative/agency environment; experience as an Art Director is a plus
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and colour systems
- Ability to lead and guide design teams and collaborate with creative, account, and strategy teams
- Strong communication skills, creative mind-set, and attention to detail
