Kandidat akan bekerja mandiri dengan supervisi minimal, menyusun strategi konten, kalender publikasi, serta memimpin proyek kreatif mulai dari brief hingga publikasi. Diperlukan kemampuan desain grafis, branding, dan koordinasi lintas tim untuk menjaga konsistensi identitas perusahaan.
