We are seeking an experienced Crypto Trader/Trading Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing cryptocurrency markets, developing trading strategies, and executing trades to maximize returns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay ahead of market trends and opportunities.

• Conduct thorough analysis of cryptocurrency markets to identify trading opportunities
• Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize returns while managing risk
• Execute trades on various cryptocurrency exchanges and monitor market conditions
• Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights and trading recommendations
• Track and evaluate the performance of trading strategies and make necessary adjustments
• Stay informed about the latest developments, news, and trends in the cryptocurrency space
• Collaborate with the trading team to provide real-time analysis and support trading decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in cryptocurrency trading or financial analysis
• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, Python)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

• Experience with algorithmic trading and quantitative analysis
• Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques
• Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or relevant blockchain/crypto certifications
• Familiarity with various trading platforms and software
