The incumbent is responsible to act as a financial strategic advisor and business partner; influence decision‑making; improve the understanding of business performance; develop strategies; deliver analysis and insights on P&L; provide options and scenarios for business decisions.

• Support local, regional, and global projects as assigned and develop financial plans and models based on an in-depth understanding of business needs to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Develop insights and business recommendations based on regular insights to manage expenses, budget, and financial accountability.
• Deliver analysis and provide insights for performance monitoring drivers, forecast future trends, co‑create solutions and participate in actions to improve business results.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to review the proposal of projects/business activities and financial aspects related.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to review the achievement of sales performance through indicators such as APE, GWP, Persistency, and related budget.
• Adhere to policies and procedures related to risk management, compliance, legal, and other departments as per company’s direction.

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics
• 2–3 years of working experience in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of concepts such as general accounting, actuarial, investment, and risk management in an insurance industry
• Capability in data analysis
• Expert-level Excel and Power Point
