As Finance and Accounting Executive/Generalist of afast-growing

FMCG (Snacks) Company, your responsibilities are:

- Lead and monitor the company's budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting activities.

- Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements based on Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).

- Ensure timely and correct entries of all financial transactions into the accounting system.

- Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.

- Analyze company spending and provide recommendations for financial and bussines efficiency.

- Handle tax reporting and ensure compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Badan, etc.).

- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns.

- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.

- Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures (SOP) related to finance and accounting.

- Support both internal and external audits.

- Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Act as the bridge between Indonesian teams and stakeholders or partners from China.

- Assist in communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors, partners, or group company members.

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (relevant accounting diploma/degree and accounting work experience)
• Mandarin Proficiency (Fluent in speaking and well writing skills) is a must.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Income Tax & VAT Laws).
• Experienced in using e-Faktur, e-Bupot, DJP Online, and other tax-related applications.
• Working experience with accounting software systems is preferred
• Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, especially in speaking Mandarin
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
