The Role

Are you a dynamic professional looking for new opportunities in the financial services industry? Join our team as a Relationship Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to our continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and seize opportunities to expand the retail client base and consistently increase Assets Under Management (AUM) in alignment with corporate growth objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and guiding them toward investment solutions that suit their financial goals.
  • Deliver personalized financial advice and sophisticated investment recommendations tailored to the specific risk profiles and objectives of each investor.
  • Maintain a comprehensive mastery of the firm’s product suite and undergo regular internal assessments to ensure the highest standards of product knowledge and advisory quality.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including crafting presentations, negotiating contracts, and tracking performance activity to ensure all quarterly business targets are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, majoring in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sales/marketing within the investment industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing AUM and expanding client portfolios.
  • Existing network of high-net-worth clients is a plus.
  • Preferably holds an active WAPERD (Mutual Fund Selling Agent Representative) or WPPE (Broker Dealer) & WMI (optional)

Our major goal is to deliver the greatest investment solution tailored to our customers' various financial goals and risk tolerances while expanding the company's client base and assets under management.
