Location: South Tangerang
Responsibilities
- Audit rekaman telepon penagihan nasabah.
- Melakukan pengecekan sampling data KYC pengajuan pinjaman.
- Menilai performa harian agen operasional.
- Membuat laporan rutin terkait temuan kesalahan kerja.
- Memberikan sesi coaching kepada agen operasional.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi OJK dan AFPI.
- Memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan SOP tim operasional.
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai QC selama 1–2 tahun di industri Fintech atau Call Center.
- Memahami regulasi OJK dan etika penagihan.
- Teliti serta memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel untuk pengolahan data. - Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam menyampaikan hasil evaluasi.
