Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

At Ralali Headquarter, we are building a digital ecosystem that empowers businesses across Indonesia. As we continue to expand our portfolio across multiple business units, we are looking for a strong Finance leader to help drive financial excellence at the group level.

This is not just a finance role — it’s a strategic position at the holding level
. You will work closely with leadership to ensure financial clarity, compliance, and scalability across all entities within the group.

• Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities
• Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports for management
• Drive financial analysis to support strategic decisions

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations across subsidiaries
• Ensure compliance with PSAK and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and financial SOPs

• Manage all corporate tax matters (PPh, VAT, etc.) across entities
• Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting
• Identify tax efficiency opportunities while maintaining compliance

• Manage group cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Support business expansion with solid financial planning

• Lead and develop finance/accounting/tax teams
• Build scalable processes for a growing organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders

• 5–8+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax
• Proven experience as a Manager in a multi-entity or holding structure
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting & tax regulations
• Experience in financial consolidation is a must
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing company

• Background in startup, tech, or B2B business
• Experience with ERP systems & financial automation
• Exposure to corporate finance, fundraising, or M&A
