Senior Finance Officer
Job opportunity for Senior Finance Officer esk Teknologi in KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN, BANTEN, Indonesia.
eBdesk Teknologi looking for a highly capable Senior Finance Officer (Lead) to oversee and drive the company’s financial operations. This role goes beyond daily accounting tasks. You will lead the finance function, ensure financial integrity, maintain compliance, and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic fast-paced environment. If you are experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to take full ownership of financial governance and audit readiness, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee end-to-end finance & accounting operations
- Guide finance team members
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Ensure accurate and timely AP/AR processes
- Take full ownership of financial recording using MYOB Accounting System
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Lead audit preparation processes (internal & external audit), including:
- Preparing supporting documents and schedules
- Coordinating with auditors
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data
- Strengthen internal control systems and continuously improve financial processes
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- Experience in handling and preparing for external/internal audits
- Strong hands‑on experience using MYOB Accounting System
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Experience leading or supervising finance staff
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and strong analytical thinking
- Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
