Finance and Accounting Executive

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements with internal records for accuracy.
• Track and record company expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances, recommend actions to improve financial performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions for reliable records.
• Adhere to internal control policies to protect company assets.
• Assist in developing and implementing financial policies for operational efficiency.
• Support audits with necessary documentation and information.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and decision-making.
• Assist with material procurement for timely and cost-effective resource acquisition.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to improve their skills.
• Develop strategies to optimize accounting operations and processes.
• Recap project costs to monitor budget adherence and financial performance.
• Monitoring fixed assets
• Review petty cash and bank
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Accounting graduate, from reputable University
• Having minimum 3 years of working experience in finance & accounting & tax field.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understand accounting system (SAP) will be a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Honest, adaptable, highly disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work under tight schedule and fast-paced environment.
