El Roy Pererenan, a premier luxury property in Pererenan, Canggu, Bali, is looking for a meticulous and strategic Chief Accountant to establish and oversee its financial structure and compliance under the Elevated by Danapati brand. As a key player in the pre-opening team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, optimizing budget allocation, and maintaining regulatory compliance. • Develop and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control for both pre‑opening and operational phases.
• Oversee the implementation of PMS systems (VHP preferred) and accounting software.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Monitor revenue streams, control operational expenses, and optimise cash flow.
• Establish financial controls to enhance profitability and safeguard assets.
• Collaborate with Danapati’s corporate finance team and the Hotel Manager to ensure financial success.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of PMS systems (VHP preferred) and accounting software.
• Expertise in pre‑opening budgeting, cost control, and financial planning is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a hands‑on, problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred).
• Placement:
