PT SMART Tbk’s (SMART’s) is the biggest palm oil plantation company in the world. We approximately 137,000 hectares (including smallholder farmers). Our primary activities range from cultivating and harvesting oil palm trees, extracting fresh fruit bunches (FFBs) into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK), to processing it into industrial and consumer products such as cooking oil, margarine, shortening, biodiesel, and oleochemicals, as well as merchandising the palm products throughout the world.

Job Description Summary:

• Manage the costing, financial closing, and financial reporting processes using the SAP CO and FI modules.
• Support the Cost Reporting function in carrying out monthly activities, including financial closing, costing, reporting, and the annual budgeting process.

Job Description:

• Served as the SAP S/4
  
  HANA Champion for the CO and FI modules during the SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation.
• Participated in Train-the-Trainer (TTT), delivered End-User Training (EUT), and provided first-level post go-live support.
• Supported monthly costing activities, including standard costing, cost allocation, and CO closing.
• Prepared costing reports, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Assisted in the annual budgeting process and prepared budget presentation materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP R/3 or SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation or support, preferably in the CO and FI modules.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, costing, and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with SAP CO and FI transactions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting and cost analysis is an advantage.
