We are welcoming experienced and talented candidates for the position of Executive Chef (Italian Cuisine Expert).

• Male

• Professional background as an Executive Chef in a 4-star hotel or international restaurant
• Expertise in Italian cuisine with the ability to design authentic, innovative
• Strong knowledge of Western and Mediterranean culinary techniques
• Proven skills in menu engineering, cost control, and food presentation aligned with hotel standards
• Creative in developing monthly promotions, signature dishes, and special event menus
• Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining high quality standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role, preferably in an international hotel or fine-dining environment
