Sanur Resort Watujimbar, we’re hiring! Front Desk Agent Qualifications
- Tourism diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hotel experience in same position
- Fluent in verbal & written English communication
- Strong focus on guests service & hospitality
- Strong in attention to detail, guest concerns solving & service recovery
- Familiar with Property Management System & general office software
- Ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player with adaptability & reliability
