A Private Villa in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Villa Manager (Full-time).

• Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the villa
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation across all areas
• Supervise and coordinate household staff including cleaners and support team
• Act as a Personal Assistant to the villa owner when required
• Handle grocery shopping, inventory, and household supplies
• Assist in organizing meals and support basic cooking when needed
• Manage restaurant reservations, bookings, and guest arrangements
• Ensure smooth guest check‑in/check‑out experience and personalized service
• Maintain strong communication with team members and external vendors
• Identify issues proactively and provide effective solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 3‑5 years of experience working as a Villa Manager or in a related position
• Strong understanding of hospitality service standards
• Experience managing a large household or villa operations
• Basic cooking knowledge and willingness to assist in the kitchen when needed
• Proven ability to organize and manage staff effectively
