Guest Service Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform all Front Office assigned functions, including check‑in, check‑out, guest requests, concierge assistance, and night audit procedures.
• Manage reservations, guest correspondence, and maintain accurate guest profiles and records in the Opera system.
• Maintain the highest quality database of guest history.
• Provide quality and genuine service by responding to guests and team members promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Follow up and follow through on guest and leadership feedback, focusing on improvement regarding guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized surroundings, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Front Office Management Team.

• 1 year of related luxury hotel experience.
• Graduate of a hotel school or holding a college degree (a plus).
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Opera knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English; multilingual ability is a plus.

• Organized with strong time‑management skills and high attention to detail.
