FINNS Beach Club is seeking a driven and dynamic GEM Butler to bring their energy, creativity, and flawless intuition to connect our elite guests with unforgettable island experiences. This hospitality professional will drive guest satisfaction and loyalty by crafting highly personalized itineraries, anticipate, curate, and elevate every touchpoint of the guest journey — transforming a day at FINNS Beach Club into an unforgettable, deeply personal experience.
Responsibilities- Contact new guests to build early rapport.
- Pre-arrange preferred seating, VIP cabanas, and dietary needs directly with operations teams.
- Seamlessly share check-in times, dress codes, valet info, and minimum spends.
- Confirm and precisely time celebration surprises in advance.
- Arrive early at the meeting point and greet guests warmly by name.
- Guide guests to their areas and maintain a flawless, non-intrusive presence.
- Immediately log new preferences and future travel plans to map out their next visit.
- Own all issues to turn service failures into loyalty stories.
- A background in hospitality, guest service, or Food & Beverage (F&B) is preferred. Prior experience working as a VIP host, luxury hotel butler, or premium guest relations agent in world-class environments is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to identify different guest personality types and seamlessly adapt service styles to match international cultural norms.
- Strong capability to manage the full guest journey, including writing personalized pre-arrival messages, tracking guest preferences, managing F&B pacing, and instinctively anticipating needs before a guest asks.
- A flawless commitment to maintaining total confidentiality and protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our venue.
- Proficiency in handling guest complaints calmly and professionally using the LEARN framework (Listen, Empathise, Apologise, Resolve, Notify).
