Overview
You ll own the numbers that matter most to owners: occupancy, ADR and RevPAR across our Uluwatu villas. Working with Price Labs and AirDNA, you ll set pricing daily, manage every OTA channel (Airbnb, , VRBO) and protect direct-booking margin.
Responsibilities- Daily dynamic pricing across the portfolio
- Manage and optimise OTA listings and channel mix
- Report performance to owners against market benchmarks
- Grow direct bookings and reduce channel fees
- 2+ years in revenue management, OTA or hospitality analytics
- Confidence with data and pricing tools
- Fluent English
