Functioning as the ultimate living room for the local creative in-crowd, we seamlessly transition from a serious morning coffee program to an elevated midnight cocktail bar, all anchored by an honest, fire-driven kitchen and a curated, vinyl-first soundscape.

We offer a quiet counter-programming to the typical beach club circuit - our vibe is rooted in genuine warmth, impeccable taste, and a welcoming "no-VIP" culture where visitors instantly feel like regulars. What

You Will Contribute

As the General Manager of TONE All Day Lounge, you will be the operational architect and cultural ambassador behind our highly anticipated pre-opening in Canggu. Reporting directly to the Owner and Director, you will lead the venue from its final construction phases through a flawless grand opening and into daily operations. Your primary focus will be driving commercial success, curating an impeccable room atmosphere, and seamlessly bridging the operational gap between a high-volume daytime specialty coffee program and a high-end, late-night cocktail lounge.

What

You Will Do
  • Manage the entire pre-opening critical path, including operational setup, licensing support, vendor onboarding, and the execution of soft and grand opening strategies.
  • Ensure a flawless daily transition in service style, lighting, and energy from a morning coffee hub to an evening cocktail lounge, maintaining TONE’s curated pacing.
  • Take full ownership of the P&L. Drive revenue growth, formulate budgets, manage operational expenses, and optimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for both F&B programs.
  • Cultivate TONE's warm, "no-VIP" culture. Look after the community ensuring the space feels like the "in-crowd's living room," where taste and hospitality are felt, not forced.
  • Oversee the operational quality of the fire-driven kitchen, the specialty coffee bar, and the cocktail program, while coordinating with resident selectors to ensure the vinyl-first soundscape perfectly complements the room's energy.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a front-of-house and back-of-house team that embodies TONE's "quietly confident" persona—delivering composed, unhurried, and highly attentive service.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SOPs for all departments, ensuring strict adherence to quality, hygiene, and inventory control standards.
  • Maintain transparent and accurate communication with the Ownership through regular financial, operational, and market performance reports.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive F&B management experience, with at least 2–3 years as a General Manager or Venue Manager in a premium lifestyle restaurant, high-end cafe, or cocktail lounge.
