• Provide a warm welcome to guests and handle administrative registration tasks.
• Process payments, currency exchange, and maintain accurate guest billing.
• Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries regarding hotel services and local information.
• Promotes hotel facilities and upsells room categories to maximize revenue.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and highly communicative.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
