As our Operational Manager, you’ll be the key person on‑site, overseeing all aspects of the property’s day‑to‑day operations. From front office to housekeeping, finance to guest engagement, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with heart.

• Oversee daily hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
• Lead and support a small, efficient team
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction across all touchpoints
• Coordinate with our external F&B partner for guest dining needs
• Maintain high operational standards and SOP compliance
• Report directly to Danapati Hospitality’s head office
• Handle basic financial reporting and cost control

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in boutique hotel or villa operations
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• A hands‑on approach and willingness to lead by example
• Familiarity with PMS systems, OTA platforms, and basic reporting
• Positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and guest‑first thinking
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate
