Receptionist, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Serve as the central point of contact for all Bfriends service areas:
Wall Climbing (outdoor), Cafe, Fitness, Spa, K-Beauty (hair, face, nails), and Yoga & Barre.

Welcome and direct members/guests to their respective service locations.

Coordinate bookings, cancellations, and waitlists across multiple service departments.

Ensure smooth handover of guest requests between shifts and departments (e.g., engineering, housekeeping, trainers, therapists).

Monitor access control for fitness, spa, and climbing areas.

Handle billing, package inquiries, and membership top-ups at the front desk.

Maintain updated knowledge of class schedules, promotions, and service packages.

Minimum high school or diploma or bachelor degree or equivalent.

At least 2 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or guest service role.

Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, booking software).

Professional grooming and demeanor.

Bachelor degree or Diploma or equivalent in hospitality, tourism, or a related field

Prior experience in a multi-service wellness or recreation facility

Familiarity with fitness class scheduling, spa booking systems, or climbing safety protocols

Basic first aid or CPR certification

Experience handling cashless payments and membership software

1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment

Basic knowledge of wellness services and facilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transaction

Certification in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (e.g. Certified Hospitality Professional)
