Residence ​/ Villa Manager

Luxury Hospitality Portfolio – Tabanan, Bali

UNIT Hotels Management is seeking an experienced and visionary Residence / Villa Manager to lead the operations of our premium luxury villa portfolio in Tabanan, Bali.

This is a senior leadership position for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams.

• Lead the daily operations of luxury residences and villa properties to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and continuously improve 5-star luxury service standards across all departments.
• Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Wellness operations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, occupancy forecasting, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure property assets, facilities, pools, smart home systems, and engineering infrastructure are maintained at the highest standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and operational policies.
• Drive digital transformation by utilizing modern Property Management Systems (PMS), CRM platforms, Channel Managers, and workflow automation solutions.
• Build strong relationships with owners, guests, vendors, government authorities, and local communities.
• Prepare strategic operational and financial reports for executive management.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7–9 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including 3–5 years in a senior management role such as Residence Manager, Villa Manager, Hotel Manager, Executive Assistant Manager (EAM), or Operations Director.
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Excellent financial management skills, including P&L, OPEX, CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
