Receptionist Staff

PT. Natura Pesona Mandiri (Secret Garden Village) is a growing lifestyle and hospitality company managing a diverse portfolio of brands across beauty, wellness, retail, F&B, and hospitality. We are looking for a warm, well-organized, and service-oriented Receptionist Staff to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience across our brands within the group.

Warmly welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a professional manner

Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties

Manage check-in/check-out processes as well as reservations or appointments

Maintain the tidiness and comfort of the front office/lobby area

Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and other administrative documents

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Provide information about the group's brands (beauty, wellness, retail, F&B, hospitality) to guests

Minimum high school/vocational diploma (SMA/SMK) or D3, preferably in Hospitality/Tourism/Administration

At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist/Front Office staff (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Presentable appearance, communicative, and service-oriented

Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and administrative systems

Active English communication skills are a plus

Able to work both independently and in a team, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Willing to work on a shift schedule (if required)
