Villa Butler / Senior Housekeeper – Luxury Private Villa

We are looking for a hands-on Villa Butler / Senior Housekeeper to join our professional team at an exclusive luxury private villa in Canggu, Bali
.

This is a hands-on position combining personalized guest service, high-standard housekeeping, and supervision of junior housekeeping staff
. You will work closely with and report directly to the Villa Manager.

We are looking for someone who understands that true luxury is in the details: anticipating what guests need before they ask, maintaining an impeccably presented villa, and creating a warm and memorable guest experience.

As our Villa Butler / Senior Housekeeper, you will:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally and assist with check-in and check-out

• Provide attentive, discreet, and personalized service throughout the guest stay

• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and professionally to requests

• Prepare and serve welcome drinks, fresh fruit, breakfast, refreshments, and other thoughtful touches

• Be hands-on in daily housekeeping and ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces are presented to the highest standard

• Perform daily villa inspections and ensure everything is clean, organized, functional, and guest-ready

• Guide, support, and supervise junior housekeeping staff

• Ensure all staff consistently follow the villa's SOPs, cleaning procedures, and service standards

• Prepare and serve simple Western breakfasts such as eggs, toast, pancakes, and fresh fruit

• Coordinate closely with the Villa Manager and wider villa team

• Immediately identify and report maintenance or operational issues

• Handle guest belongings and villa property with discretion, respect, and care

• Take initiative and solve small issues before they become guest concerns

• Help create an exceptional and seamless 5-star villa experience

• You have previous experience as a Butler, Senior Housekeeper, Villa Host, Villa Supervisor, or similar position
  in a luxury private

Previous experience in luxury villas or 5-star hospitality is strongly preferred.

• Previous experience as a Butler, Senior Housekeeper, Villa Host, Villa Supervisor, or similar role in a luxury villa, 5-star hotel, or premium resort

• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and housekeeping standards

• Experienced in working with professional SOPs and service standards

• Hands-on and willing to actively support both housekeeping and guest service

• Exceptional eye for detail

• Proactive and able to recognize what needs to be done without waiting for instructions

• Highly responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and organized

• Confident and professional communication skills in English

• Able to work independently while confidently guiding and supporting junior staff

• Professional appearance with excellent personal grooming

• Discreet and respectful of guest privacy at all times

• Calm under pressure with a practical, solution-focused attitude

• Comfortable preparing and serving simple Western breakfasts; experience with Indonesian breakfast dishes is a plus

• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays according to the staff schedule

• Currently living in Bali and able to commute reliably to Canggu
