Housekeeping

Perform daily cleaning tasks such as making beds, vacuuming floors, dusting, and mopping to keep rooms and common areas neat and tidy.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks, restocking toiletries and ensuring adequate supplies are available.

Handle the laundering of linens, towels, and guest clothing as required, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.

Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from rooms and common areas.

Replenish room supplies such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and towels, ensuring guests have everything they need.

Participate in scheduled deep cleaning tasks, including window washing, carpet cleaning, and furniture upholstery, to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Provide a friendly and professional presence, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.

Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the management to ensure prompt repair and upkeep.

Follow health and safety standards, using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment, and wearing protective gear as needed.

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in providing a high level of cleanliness.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
