Food and Beverage Manager at 4* Hotel

Modern multi-story 4-star hotel is a key pillar of the destination, delivering vibrant events, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a results-driven Food & Beverage Manager who thrives on leading outlets, orchestrating high-impact events & banquets, and building teams that deliver excellence every day.

• Lead end-to-end operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, pool-bar, lounge, room service) ensuring consistent quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Own events and banquets: concept development, menu planning, costing, execution, and post-event analysis to maximize revenue and client retention.
• Drive F&B revenue growth through creative menus, seasonal promotions, upselling strategies, and strong collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
• Manage P&L, cost of goods, labor productivity, inventory, and supplier relationships with strict financial discipline.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety (HACCP), hygiene, local regulations, and brand standards.
• Build, coach, and retain a high-performing F&B team; foster a culture of ownership, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor guest feedback, mystery guest scores, and online reviews; implement rapid corrective actions and service recovery.
• Secondary responsibility to assist units in FB management

• Minimum 5–7 years progressive F&B management experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
• Proven hands-on expertise in outlet management, events, and banquets — with quantifiable results in revenue and guest experience.
• Strong commercial acumen: P&L ownership, cost control, menu engineering, and pricing strategy.
• Natural leader with excellent coaching skills and the ability to inspire multi-cultural teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
• Hands-on, guest-obsessed, resilient under pressure, and highly organized.
