Resort Manager

RESORT MANAGER — LUXURY BOUTIQUE RESORT, TABANAN REGION, BALI

Our partner is a luxury boutique resort located in Tabanan, Bali, known for our warm hospitality, serene atmosphere, and strong connection to the local community. As we continue to grow and elevate our guest experience, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Balinese Resort Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the property.

The Resort Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the resort while upholding the high standards that define our guest experience. This role requires an individual with strong supportive leadership qualities; someone who can guide and uplift our team, most of whom come from nearby villages, while preserving the family run spirit and cultural authenticity that make our resort unique.

• Oversee daily resort operations and ensure all departments work efficiently and cohesively
• Maintain and improve guest service standards, ensuring exceptional experiences for all guests
• Support, mentor, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and respectful work environment
• Work closely with the Managing Director to implement improvements and uphold the resort’s values
• Handle guest feedback and operational challenges with professionalism and care
• Drive the resort’s reputation and help further strengthen our position as the leading boutique property in Tabanan

• Candidate who understand Balinese culture only (deep understanding of local culture, community relationships, and hospitality expectations)
• Proven experience in hotel or resort management, preferably in boutique or luxury properties in Bali.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a supportive and collaborative approach
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia;
  English proficiency is a strong advantage
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to service excellence
• Ability to manage multiple departments and work hands-on when needed
• Passionate about preserving Balinese hospitality values and community involvement
