Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to ensure smooth daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction during shifts. You will represent hotel management in the absence of senior leaders and uphold service standards, safety, and brand policies.
In this role, you will lead Front Office and other departments, supervise staff, manage incidents, and submit shift reports to the General Manager. Fluent English and PMS proficiency are essential.
