Reservation Agent

Location: Tibubeneng

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. If you’re confident with booking systems (especially PMS/Guesty) and love helping create seamless guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

* Qualifications:

*** Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry or administrative support, preferably in reservations or a related field.
* Possesses a strong understanding of reservation systems, booking software, and general computer skills, enabling efficient management of bookings and related tasks.
* Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS), including platforms such as Guesty or similar systems.
* Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments.
* Willing and able to work in the Tibubeneng area.
** Responsibilities:
*** Handle and process reservations via phone, email, and online platforms accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain clear and professional verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth reservation operations and guest satisfaction.
