Park Manager

The Park Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the elephant park, ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining high standards of animal welfare, and leading the park team effectively.

Oversee the daily operations of the park and ensure smooth, efficient running of all departments.

Maintain the highest standards of elephant welfare, safety, and care.

Lead, motivate, and develop employees across park operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and relevant regulations.

Monitor guest satisfaction and continuously improve the visitor experience.

Coordinate with management, animal care teams, maintenance, hospitality, and other departments.

Manage operational budgets, resources, and inventory effectively.

Handle operational issues and respond promptly to emergencies.

Develop and implement programs to improve park performance and guest engagement.

Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in park, resort, hospitality, tourism, wildlife, or related operations management.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of animal welfare and safety standards.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Able to work under pressure and make sound decisions.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience managing a large team is highly desirable.

Experience working with elephants, wildlife, or conservation organizations is an advantage.
