Laundry Manager

Manage the day-to-day operations of the laundry department.

Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate laundry staff.

Ensure all linens, uniforms, garments, and guest laundry are cleaned and finished according to quality standards.

Monitor productivity and workflow to meet operational deadlines.

Maintain inventory of linens, uniforms, detergents, and laundry supplies.

Control departmental expenses and minimize waste.

Inspect laundry quality and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Coordinate equipment maintenance and arrange repairs when necessary.

Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Prepare departmental reports, including productivity, inventory, and expenses.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Work closely with housekeeping, operations, and other departments to meet service requirements.
