Housekeeping Daily Worker

About the role

We are seeking a Housekeeping Daily Worker to join the team at Lumeira Wellness in Tabanan, Bali. This is a part-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and aesthetic appeal of our wellness facility. As a Housekeeping Daily Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of our property meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation, contributing directly to our guests' comfort and satisfaction.

Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a spotless environment will be essential to creating a welcoming and hygienic space for all who visit Lumeira Wellness.

Clean and sanitise all assigned areas of the facility, including guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, common areas and wellness spaces

Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop surfaces to maintain immaculate standards throughout the property

Change bed linens, wash and fold towels and other textiles according to established procedures

Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in appropriate locations

Restock bathrooms and common areas with supplies such as toiletries, towels and amenities

Report any maintenance issues, damages or areas requiring repair to management

Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas and ensure supplies are properly organised

Follow health and safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly

Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled time frames

Respond to guest requests for additional cleaning or supplies promptly and courteously

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or a similar hospitality role

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day

Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexibly according to part-time scheduling requirements

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively

Knowledge of appropriate cleaning methods, products and safety procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment

Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Fluency in English or Indonesian is beneficial but not essential

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and additional tasks as needed
