Operational Manager

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Operational Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality daily operations at SUKU Lifestyle Hotel & Villas
.

Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel team to maintain high standards of hospitality.

Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.

Monitor room occupancy, rates, reservations, and overall hotel performance.

Maintain and improve service standards, operational procedures, and guest experience.

Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and training.

Work closely with the Owner/Management on business planning, budgets, and operational improvements.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and overall property standards are consistently maintained.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality management position.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English
, both spoken and written.

Good understanding of hotel operations and guest service.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proactive, responsible, organized, and hands-on.

Good knowledge of PMS, POS, Microsoft Office, and hotel systems
.
