- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Guest Relations Officer (GRO), Villa Supervisor, or Butler.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience supervising and coordinating Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
- Ability to monitor staff performance, assign daily tasks, and ensure company SOPs and service standards are followed.
- Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, and emergency situations professionally and efficiently.
- Experience with guest check-in/check-out procedures, villa operations, and basic administrative tasks.
- Ability to inspect villas before guest arrival and ensure the highest cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Based in Bali or willing to work in the area.
