Handle guest requests, reservations, transportation arrangements, and villa services.

Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and unique experiences.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the villa is guest-ready at all times.

Ensure villa facilities, amenities, and overall presentation meet high standards.

Handle guest concerns professionally and provide prompt and effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and feedback.

Build positive relationships with guests and consistently deliver exceptional hospitality.

Minimum SMK Pariwisata or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, guest service, hotel, villa, or a related field.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Warm, friendly, proactive, and service-oriented personality.

Well-groomed, presentable, and approachable.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Passionate about delivering personalized and exceptional guest experiences.

Flexible and willing to work in Kelating, Tabanan, Bali.
