• 1 year or less of experience in kitchen operations or hot section, preferably in hospitality or F&B industry
• Basic understanding of hot kitchen preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures
• Familiar with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Able to prepare ingredients, sauces, hot dishes, and basic kitchen mise en place
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow kitchen instructions properly
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills within the kitchen team
• Able to maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area and equipment
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
