INSHI in Bali seeks an experienced Villa Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of a premium villa property. You will lead cross-functional teams, enforce SOPs, manage inventory and training, and deliver on-site hands-on support as needed.
Fluent English required;
Bahasa Indonesia helpful for local staff. You will report to the General Manager and help develop and sharpen operational standards across the portfolio.
