Bell Attendant Uluwatu

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, unloading, and transportation to and from their rooms or villas.

Assist guests to their rooms or villas and provide basic information about the property and facilities.

Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including airport transfers and local transportation when required.

Deliver luggage, packages, documents, and guest requests to the appropriate rooms or departments.

Assist guests with general inquiries and provide information about hotel/villa facilities, services, and nearby attractions.

Coordinate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the luggage area, bell desk, and assigned work areas.

Assist with guest requests and ensure they are handled promptly and professionally.

Handle guests' belongings with care and follow proper luggage handling procedures.

Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent hospitality service at all times.

Perform other duties related to guest services as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Previous experience as a Bell Attendant, Concierge, Guest Service Agent
, or similar hospitality position is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic to good English communication skills
, both spoken and written.

Friendly, polite, helpful, and service-oriented personality.

Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Physically fit and able to handle and carry guest luggage.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to operational requirements.

Good knowledge of the local area is an advantage.

Having a valid driving license (SIM A/SIM

C) is an advantage, depending on operational requirements.
