Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a highly experienced, professional, and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at a private villa in Lombok. This position requires someone who is a strong leader but also permanently hands-on. The Housekeeping Supervisor is expected to work actively alongside the team, lead by example, and personally ensure that our villa is maintained to the highest standards every day.

Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team

Be permanently hands-on and work alongside the team on daily housekeeping duties

Lead by example and ensure the team consistently follows high housekeeping standards

Organize daily duties and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance

Inspect bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and all guest areas personally

Ensure professional bed-making and room presentation according to luxury hospitality standards

Have excellent knowledge of stain identification, stain removal, and the correct methods of application

Manage linen, laundry, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies

Create, implement, and personally follow up on deep-cleaning schedules and routines

Strong previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper, or Senior Housekeeper

Experience in a luxury private villa, 5-star hotel, or luxury resort is strongly preferred

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong leadership and team-management abilities

A genuinely hands-on working mentality

Excellent knowledge of professional cleaning methods and products

Strong knowledge of stain treatment and removal

Excellent bed-making and room-presentation skills

Ability to establish and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and deep-cleaning schedules
