Operation Coordinator

As an Operation Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring travel operations run smoothly, coordinating with guides, drivers, hotels, suppliers, and the internal team to deliver seamless and memorable experiences for guests.

• Coordinate daily tour and travel operations in Lombok
• Ensure all services are delivered according to itinerary and company standards
• Coordinate with guides, drivers, hotels, restaurants, and other local suppliers
• Monitor guest movements and operational arrangements
• Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions when required
• Maintain effective communication with the KBA DMC reservation and operation teams
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the journey

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, proactive, well-organized, and able to handle operational matters effectively
• Good problem-solving skills and able to respond quickly to operational situations
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Good knowledge of Lombok and surrounding destinations will be an advantage
• Willing to be based in Lombok
