As a Food and Beverage Service Trainee, you will be an integral part of our service team, learning the art of exceptional guest care while developing practical skills in our fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals who will mentor you in the finer points of food and beverage service, from table settings and order taking to understanding menu offerings and crafting delightful guest interactions.

• Welcome and greet guests with warm, genuine Indonesian hospitality that reflects our sanctuary ethos
• Learn and execute proper table settings, service techniques, and food/beverage presentation standards
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating product knowledge
• Assist in serving meals and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and professional delivery
• Support bar operations including beverage preparation and service under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, following hygiene and safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest experience
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop hospitality skills

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK). Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a hospitality, tourism, or related program is preferred. Good command of Indonesian is essential; basic English communication skills are an advantage. Must be able to commit to the full internship duration and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
