Assistant Restaurant Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service operation, leading the service team, maintaining our service standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This position will directly report to the Operations Manager.

• - Oversee the daily service operation at Luna Beer Garden venue.
• - Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver consistent and excellent guest experiences.
• - Ensure service standards, SOPs, and outlet procedures are properly implemented.
• - Conduct daily briefings and provide coaching and guidance to the team.
• - Monitor team performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• - Ensure smooth coordination between the service team, kitchen, bar, and other departments.
• - Handle guest requests, feedback, and operational issues professionally.
• - Monitor the floor and ensure the outlet is always service-ready.
• - Assist with stock, equipment, cleanliness, and overall outlet readiness.
• - Support scheduling and manpower planning according to business needs.
• - Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
• - Prepare and communicate operational updates and reports to the Operations Manager.
• - Take of the overall service flow and team performance during operations.

• - Minimum 2+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory/management level
• - Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and outlet operations.
• - Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a service team.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Good command of English.
• - Guest-oriented with a strong understanding of hospitality standards.
• - Hands-on, proactive, and confident in making decisions during operations.
• - Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• - Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to operational requirements.
