FINNS Beach Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to lead and oversee our bar operations. This role is essential in ensuring that the bar runs smoothly, efficiently, and up to the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, organized, and skilled in managing both people and processes. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to create an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational excellence.

- Manage and oversee all bar operations across multiple outlets.
- Lead, train, and develop bartenders and barbacks, ensuring service standards are met.
- Control beverage costs through accurate stock management, portion control, and supplier coordination.
- Maintain and improve cocktail menu, ensuring balance between guest appeal, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Create and implement SOPs for ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
- Monitor bar hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Work closely with F&B leadership to achieve financial targets and guest satisfaction.
- Plan and execute bar activations, events, and promotional activities.
- Report regularly on sales, margins, wastage, and staff performance.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as Bar Manager in a high-volume hospitality venue (club, resort, or large bar).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail trends, and premium spirits.
- Proven expertise in costing, stock control, and beverage cost management.
- Experience leading and motivating a multicultural team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Skills to write up lesson and training program for the team.
