AboutThe Role
You’ll help us bring in the best people to build Indonesia’s leading ecosystem for careers, HR, and youth empowerment — across Dealls, Kantor Ku, and Sejuta Cita. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ensuring every new hire fits both the role and our culture.
This is a role for someone who’s both analytical and people-oriented — you’ll balance speed, quality, and candidate experience to scale teams that move fast and deliver impact.
What You’ll Do- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions (tech, business, creative, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.
- Source candidates proactively via Linked In and Dealls.
- Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews across teams.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Dealls) and track key hiring metrics.
- Manage candidate experience — from first contact to offer acceptance.
- Support employer branding through recruitment marketing and career events.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the hiring process and efficiency.
- 3+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record hiring across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured and data-driven; comfortable working with hiring metrics.
- Organized and able to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience hiring for tech or startup roles.
- Familiarity with Dealls' ATS.
- Exposure to employer branding, events, or recruitment marketing.
