Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and HRIS systems, with the ability to manage and maintain accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll.
  • Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS system, including new hires, terminations, changes in employee status, and other updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and employee data management.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related payments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to payroll and HRIS systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payroll processing or HRIS system functionality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll and HRIS systems to continually improve processes and systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive payroll information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS systems management.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably with implementation and management of new systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
