Job Responsibilities
  • Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely salary payments in compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, contract management, attendance, and termination procedures.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian Labor Law and relevant regulations; provide support for audits or inspections.
  • Develop and manage external HR vendors (e.g., payroll, insurance, and benefits providers) to ensure service quality.
  • Support HR‑related reporting and documentation for both local and headquarters needs.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required (e.g., vendor coordination, basic office management).
Job Requirements
  • Fluency in Chinese and English;
    Indonesian is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or related roles.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and payroll procedures; experience with HRIS/ERP systems preferred.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in multinational companies or fast‑growing businesses is a plus.
