Act as a trusted HR partner for manufacturing leaders and employees, providing guidance on people-related matters.

Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

Partner with line managers to identify workforce needs, develop solutions, and support talent planning in the manufacturing site.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.

Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Manage and resolve employee relations issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (C&B, Talent Development, Recruitment, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Provide HR data insights and reports to support decision-making for manufacturing operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in HR Business Partner/HR Generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of labor law, employee relations, and HR operations.

Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage stakeholders effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment.

Willingness to be based on-site in the manufacturing facility.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
