Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values. - Culture and Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion. - Talent Management and Development:
Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. - Compensation and Benefits:
Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and attract top talent. - Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
Establish and maintain effective employee relations practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Organizational Design and Change Management:
Optimize organizational design to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency. - HR Policy and Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience. - Skills and
Competencies:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels; in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational design; strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
